In the heart of the Costa del Sol, a 25-minute drive from Malaga Airport, lies the beautiful, family-friendly Calahonda Beach. Here is our apartment, about 10 minutes walk from the beach in a sought after area called Jardines de Calahonda with many Scandinavian guests and property owners (exact address is available when booking or personal contact). It is a leafy, quiet and pleasant area with access to a large and lovely pool and green area at the back of the property. You wake up to the chirping of birds, sea views and greenery and fall asleep at sunset on the mountainside. In the vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, nice beach promenades, grocery stores, pharmacies and more. Calahonda is a nice place to stay for a long time but is also close to many other places and activities along the Sun Coast.

From the home it is easy to move to nearby cities by car or bus or train;

- 15 minutes east of Calahonda is the bustling city of Fuengirola.

- 15 minutes west of Calahonda is the city of Marbella with pulse, restaurants and shops in abundance.

- An hour's drive north you can follow in Ernest Hemingway's footsteps in the mountain town of Ronda

- An hour's drive south is Gibraltar

- Two hours drive north and you can ski in the Sierra Nevada.
