Booking rules and other important information

For long term rentals, more than four weeks, we want you to contact us before booking!

Payment: 25% of the rent is paid upon booking. The remaining 75% is payable no later than six weeks before the check-in date. Visa, Mastercard or American Express. (If you want to pay with bank transfer, you must contact us for booking).

Included: The rental cost includes electricity, water, towel, bath towels, bed linen, TV, internet and final cleaning (not dishes). Please note that other landlords do not always include electricity, water and final cleaning in their price!

Deposit: No later than one week before check-in, a deposit of 3 000 SEK is paid, to cover any damages, losses or other fees incurred. The deposit will be refunded after check-out/inspection (note that it may take a few days before the bank has had time to transfer the money to your account).

Cancellation policy: If canceled no later than six weeks before the check-in date, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded. If canceled later than six weeks before the check-in date, no refund will be made.

Rental agreement: After booking, a rental agreement is signed between the landlord / tenant. In the rental agreement, a copy of the passport or NIE number must be registered. The contents of the rental agreement are displayed and approved by you when you make the booking. After booking, we will send the agreement to you for signature. If you need help with a copy of the passport / NIE number, please contact us. This can be done AFTER the booking itself.

Check-in: 17:00 or later, first day of booking.
Check-out: 10:00 or earlier, last day of booking.
If possible, other check-in/check-out times can be arranged. In that case, it is done in agreement with the landlord.
